Na sociálnych sieťach sa objavuje veľké množstvo inšpiratívnych ľudí, ktorí sa zdravo stravujú, športujú a dobre vyzerajú. Aj práve vďaka nim sa mnohí rozhodli, že rovnako zmenia svoj životný štýl. Po tom, ako sa Sarah Reynolds uvidela na fotografií na Facebooku, rozhodla sa, že musí okamžite zmeniť svoj život o 180 stupňov a schudla neuveriteľných 46 kíl!

Sarah Reynolds, matka troch detí, sa nedávno rozhodla, že sa podelí o svoj príbeh s celým svetom. Po tom, čo sa jej narodil posledný potomok zistila, že jej váha sa vyšplhala na neskutočných 102 kilogramov! Jej stravovacie návyky však stále nedokázala zmeniť, až uvidela fotku na Facebooku, kde ju označili jej priatelia.

Hneď ako túto snímku auvidela, vedela, že niečo nie je v poriadku a začala na sebe pracovať. Pri výchove troch detí si vždy našla aspoň pol hodinu čas na nejaký šport. Po šiestich mesiacoch sa odhodlala a prihlásila sa aj na špecializované cvičenia do fitness centra. Ako sama priznala, najťažšie bolo zmeniť jedálny lístok, pretože bola zvyknutá jesť často, veľa a nezdravo. Nedržala však žiadnu špeciálnu diétu, jedla iba veľa zeleniny, ovocia a vynechala sladkosti.

Výsledok po troch rokoch je priam neuveriteľný. Za tento čas sa jej podarilo schudnúť 46 kilogramov a na sociálnych sieťach inšpiruje aj iné ženy, ktoré sa snažia zmeniť svoj životný štýl k lepšiemu.

There's very few moments I can recall feeling really good about myself when I was overweight. That before picture was one of them. It was 4 months postpartum after my second daughter Jemma was born. It was the most stressful time of life, welcoming a baby, handling a toddler, selling a house to move 6 hours away from my hometown (don't worry, I came back 😜) and the planning and preparing for my sister @ourcountryacres wedding. That day was probably the first day I really did my hair and makeup in a while. I felt amazing for it. Which seems so dumb. But it was what made me feel good that day, about myself. When I first started to lose weight I started to also love myself more. Get up early and do my hair and makeup. It's now completely habit and something I love, but it also helps my mindset. Who knows why. But it makes me feel good and treat myself well. My identity isn't in it, it's just preference. We all deserve to feel pretty. In natural or in full smoke eyed bombshelliness. This is just one thing that helped me take back my life. Giving myself a little bit of priority amidst the chaos. #saygetsfit

Every day we make choices. Whether to hit the snooze, or get up. To do your hair, or throw it in a bun. To shower and put on deodorant, or not. To get dressed, or not. You make decisions that are necessary – like eating or sleeping. All of these things have immediate results. So what about the choices that don't? What about the ones where they seem optional because it's not reaaaally going to change anything right then. What about WHAT you eat, or whether or not to exercise? What about your health? Those slow results and slow side effects can be so difficult to make a choice for. They can seem unnecessary because it takes so long to see the fruits of your labour. You do have that choice, though. The same goes for if you apply yourself at your job or just wait to clock out, whether you succumb to your bad moods when they strike, or fight against it, whether we allow anger to rip through and out of us, these are all choices. Don't let the immediate result choices be bigger or more important. It all matters. Own it, apply it, and you will see, in time, why you did. #saygetsfit #transformationtuesday
