Aby v tom však nebola sama, na internete sa začali objavovať aj ďalšie ,,cvičiace” mamičky, ktoré poukazujú na fakt, že ani počas tehotenstva sa nemusíte vzdať svojej záľuby. Dôležité však je, aby ste cvičili pravidelne už pred tehotenstvom a nezačali až počas neho.

Pregnancy is an incredible, incredible thing, but it can also be hard. I didn't know how much I was going to gain, how I was going to carry the weight, how my body would change, if it would ever go back to normal after giving birth 🤔…it was all unknown, and I don't care who you are, that's scary! BUT instead of focusing on those things, I focused on what I could control. Was I eating the right foods for me and my growing baby 🍌🍅? Was I staying active (while being smart and safe obvi 💁🏻)? Was I giving my body the rest it needed? Looking back on it, those were the ONLY things that mattered, because they are what gave me a healthy baby girl 👶🏼. My body gained what it needed to, when it needed to…and it was in no way "ruined" by pregnancy. It was incredible to watch it not only create a human, but bounce back afterwards!
