Aj vy sa dennodenne staviate na váhu a dúfate, že ručička nevystúpi raketovou rýchlosťou smerom nahor? Snažíte sa zdravo stravovať a cvičiť, no hmotnosť stále neklesá, práve naopak, stúpa? Pri cvičení je to úplne normálne. Tuk sa mení na svaly, pričom svaly sú ťažšie, preto aj keď sa zbavíte tukových zásob, hmotnosť vám jednoducho neklesne.

Fitness blogerka Kelsey Wells túžila po pôrode schudnúť. Vážila 65 kg a jej cieľom bolo dosiahnuť 55 kg, aby si znovu obliekla svoje obľúbené džínsy. Ako však cvičila ďalej, hmotnosť jej znovu rástla, no jej telo sa krásne formovalo. Týmto by chcela upozorniť všetky ženy, ktoré túžobne pozerajú na ručičku váhy, aby s tým konečne prestali. Nezáleží na tom, koľko ukazuje váha, dôležité je, aby ste sa vy vo svojom tele cítili dobre a krásne.

Anderson ran us around a million miles an hour and we are all covered in sand and beyond worn out but beyond happy.🤗 || GUYS I gotta be honest with you. This has been my worst week of eating in a looooooong long long time and I don't know what is going on but I just have not been able to get it together!😂 I have eaten all the things basically every other day this week.😁 I start out great and healthy then I just lose my mind?? And I could easily just not mention it or post about something else but it's on my mind and more than anything, I just want you to know that IT'S NORMAL. (At least for me?😂) And yeah, I eat really really clean most if the time but it was not something that came easily to me. And every now and then I have times like this week where for no good reason I just slide back into my "old" eating ways and the motivation is just not there. THE DIFFERENCE though, between now and when I started, is that I am in such a healthier place mentally. I may not have killed any of my workouts this week, but I still did them. I may not have eaten the best, but every day I gave it an effort. Most importantly, am I a little bummed? Sure! BUT what I'm NOT is depressed or guilty or mad about it. Life has ups and downs and this is MY healthy LIFESTYLE. This week wasn't my best in that regard, but I'm still proud of my effort and I'm not about to let it throw me off. Moral of the story? BE GENTLE WITH YOURSELF. Do your best. Live life. Do your best to be healthy but pleaseee don't beat yourself up if your best turns out to be fries and a slushie. WHASSUP EVERYBODY!?! Listen to me. If you ever want to liven things up in epic proportions I would HIGHLY suggest busting out some @backstreetboys radio because I have heard not only the BSB, but my first love NSYNC, as well as some BBMAC alll in the last hour and I don't know about you but it is LITERALLY impossible for me not to be jazzed about life rn whilst jamming to the classic boy bands. ITS A BAZILLION DEGREES OUTSIDE. I'm pretty sure I sweat more in the 10 seconds we went out to take this photo than I did my entire workout. LAST WORKOUT OF MY 7th 'ROUND' OF BBG DONE!! 😅👊🏼😆 || So now that we have the (amazing) #sweatwithkayla app, "rounds" of BBG aren't really a thing anymore- we now can just go by weeks without having to repeat any! (You beginners don't even know how amazing you have it!👊🏼) BUT, back when I first started (or attempted starting😂) there was just one Bikini Body Guide and it was a 12 week program. Hence, even though I now use the app I am still in the habit of tracking my progress (and taking my transformation pics) every 12 weeks. Well today I completed my 84th solid week of #bbg, which I realized would mean my seventh round. As a girl who bought the first guide without being able to finish one push-up let alone ONE full 12 week round, I am feeling pretty stoked.😊☺️ || I have all the feels rn because looking back on my journey since finding BBG brings tears to my eyes every time. Weekend vibes.😌🙃 || Saturday is my free day at the gym! Today I opted to do a #BBG #abs session (even though I did one yesterday- such a rebel😏) and followed it with a bunch of random stuff haha. I honestly don't even remember what all I did, I just made sure I kept my HR up and kept moving! Then I used my last 25 minutes of childcare time to lay in the sun.🤗☀️🙌🏼 HALLELUJAH! Now I'm about to eat a big bowl of turkey chili for lunch and pray my wild child falls asleep so I can catch up on dishes and laundry.
